The rates are on a per room/night basis, including breakfast and a Welcome Drink, free Wi-Fi, room amenities, Kayak and transportation from - to ferry pier.

Payment Conditions:

On the reservation we will kindly ask you
to pay 50% of the bill.
You will receive a written confirmation of your booking after your payment
is confirmed.
50% of the bill is due 2 weeks before arrival.

Cancelations up to
4 weeks (high and peak season)
2 weeks (low season)
before arrival are possible and you will get your 50% payment returned.

Once cancellations within
4 weeks (high and peak season)
2 weeks (low season) before arrival
it is not possible anymore to get a refund.
